I have lived there for 4 years. Very nice appartments, very nice neighborhood. BUT! the maintainance is very very bad! That man has no skills, i.e. installing the faucet on the wrong direction, mix up hot/cold water faucet, backdoor locker upside down, etc. And very bad attitude, never remove his dirty muddy boots in winter when entering the unit. Other residents also complaining him burst into their privacy without an apology. They did not clean the school bus waiting area, letting children standing in 1-feet high snow in winter waiting for the bus. While they don't do a sound job rountinely, they are very serious when you are leaving. And wrongly charge you, bad communication when we ask for explanation they don't get back to you. It's a rotten place. I know 6 families left together, people complaining without answer. People leave here because of the bad service!
