These apartments are in a great location! They are not far from the mall and many great restaurants. When they showed me the model I felt like I was getting a bargain. It was gated, so I knew I would feel safe coming home at night. However, I am learning you get what you pay for. They property agent admitted that she did not check to see if the apartment was "move in' ready. I tried to complain to the property manager but it is hopeless. They did offer me the "new" special and promised that my repairs would be taken care of. Needless to say, I have called the office at 4 time a week and nothing have been done. They tell me that they are going to call me back but never do. One of the issues is that the gate is broken. You could guess the code with one try. The apartment was not clean and the apartment was stinky. There were food stains still on the walls from the last renters. The pool was nasty and don't mention the trash bin. They also have king size water bugs that are large enough to list them as a pet. I named mine Fe-Fe. The point is with a little extra money, you could find a nice apartment.

I stayed at this motel for about 4 months at their discounted weekly rates and was surprised how low it was. Rooms were about $150 per week which includes Daily Housekeeping Service, Microwave and Fridge, King Bed, Cable T.V. with HBO and laundromat within walking distance. Place was a little hard to find at first but it is hidden behind the Howard Johnson. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone on a budget that needs a place to stay for over a month.

I moved in on November 1st 2008, and didn't have many problems, (except my air didn't work) BUT, it is now June 8th, and I told them that my bathroom faucet was leaking on April 29th. I had to move for a month, they kept saying that the part was on back order.... WHAT? The faucet you can get in home depot?? NOW, my electric bill has gone up from a steady 65 to 67 bucks to 258!!! All cause they left the hot water running for the whole month I was gone!! They want to give me a rent discount of get this 95 dollars!!! so in total they want me to pay MORE for a month than if I had actually been here!! The Manager, told me that the reason she was nice and gave me the discount was because of the electric bill!! My air still doesn't work right, and there is black mold in the apartment, not to mention the shower faucet was not fixed right and the handle came off in my hand!! With that my leak has destroyed the 2 below me and the laundry room has fallen in because of my leak!!

This apartment deserves that everyone who resides in it to write the best that he/she could write. I have stayed here for almost seven years. A nice, quiet and safe location and neighborhood. A few steps to shopping areas, restaurants, pharmacies and food stores. Maintenance is good, and fixing maintenance problems is always asap; a few minutes after reporting. There is a great care about security and cleanness. The management is a group of angels. When need help you feel you are among your family. I remember how a friend was crying when she was saying good bye to them upon her moving. This is incredible but it is true. I am leaving this apartment only because I am moving to another city. If I wasn’t I wouldn’t move.
