i actually just moved here about a month and half ago. its not apartments but houses. they're nice and everything but they won't change the carpets unless they are torn or molded. so we are stuck with filthy carpets. when we wanted to move here they showed us the nicer units with clean carpets and nice cabinets. when we moved in we were put in a different unit with a smaller kitchen and messed up cabinets and stained carpets. i can't hardly complain becuz it is a nice house. i just feel like i am over paying considering what i was shown was a better place and told the rent was the same. it makes no sense to me. but they do have activities for the kids. and i do feel safe here. they don't fix things very quickly but i do enjoy living here.
