The manager gossips about the tenents to other tenents which causes friction. If anything occurs, you will be the liar, for he can never be wrong. Park in the wrong spot and he will tow you. Nothing gets fixed right. He even wanted to fix my leaking sink with duct tape!!! The stairs are slippery when they get wet but the manager just tells us to buy better traction shoes. what a joke this place is!!!!! The manager also thinks he can yell at you when he wants. He thinks he owns the people who lives here and that he can control them.

The pool is open allready! I haqve never lived at a place where the pool is open so early or that stays open so late in the fall. My children love it and their is an open field next door that they keep mowed so that they have a place to run. This is the second year that I have renewed my lease and they did not raise my rent :)
