Don't Rent Here

High prices for no value. You can do better elsewhere. No pool on property. Stay away from the units actively advertised, #203 and #301, heavy turnover, and they don't get cleaned well between tenants. Yuk! Go to the Beachcrest, Bella Grace, Monarch or Ebb Tide. Better yet, go to Cape May.

Expect new furnishings and decor for 2009! The new owners have removed most of the 1970s furniture and will be making many changes for 2009! If you are seeking a place to stay just across the street from the beach with air conditioning and sleeps 10-12, send us at email to drcirka@aol.com A new website will be www.jerseyrealestate.com effective in December 2008.

The Worst

There is only one small working elevator twenty floors worth of tenants. The wait time is unbelievable.
As far as moving out goes, you can forget about ever seeing your deposit.
My advice - look elsewhere!!!!!

O.M.G .......The best NYC views for less that 450K impossible (1000sqft of relaxation with huge closets).
Nice....nice building, not cheap new constructions... huge balconies, perfect views... to a really affordable prices the best secret kept on New Jersey ..... Do not throw away your money on cheap new apartments that only offer your tiny cheap spaces..... Where they advertise walking closet and you can not fit more that 5 pair of shoes and a couples dresses.... Jersey is fashion now… come to see the apartments and ask for E units.... I forgot mentioned that the building has a garage, pool, sauna, gym...

This place may be cheap, but you get what you pay for people. The apartment I rented did not even have new carpet when I moved in. The caulking in the bathroom was done so poorly you could see the mold growing behind it. The "painters" painted the cabinet hinges so they never closed properly. The windows don't seal, so forget trying to cut down on your electric bill in this one bedroom apartment. The first month I was there I had a $300 electric bill. I told management to come out and fix the AC and every time they did, they insisted it was fine. I finally got an ac repairman out a year later and the unit was completely out of refrigerant, no surprise there.
To top it all off after not fixing any of the things I requested, the had the audacity to charge me for "damages" to the carpeting, which from what I can tell are probably from the "cleaners" they hired.

Apartment rentals are at an all time high. With the high costs of purchasing a new home many people live in an apartment temporarily while they save for a new home. Some apartment listing guides charge for information, be we've compiled a hefty list of apartments in every city and state. Renting an apartment is as easy as finding several in your area, visiting each to decide if the right facilities are available and contacting each one to find out monthly rental information.
