Do not rent from them! In the apt. I am renting none of the interior lights in the hallways to the apts. work. All of the exterior lights are also not working making it very unsafe and hard to see as you enter in the building at night and in the hallway to find your apt. This is a law suite waiting to happen! They screwed up my lease by using the wrong apt. #. They hung a flimsy unsecured wooden bar in my closet that is bending and buckling due to the weight of the clothes. There is a leak in kitchen and every time in rains water pours from the ceiling. I called the emergency maintenance number they have on their 314-645-6933 number 4 times. No one ever called me back. I left a message on the main voicemail and no one ever called me back either! if it had an option to give them a "0" star rating I would have!

ms. Stann was disapointed with our property, obviously. But, the property is one that is older and had issues that we have fixed related to the plumbing. We spent weeks trying to replace the plumbing in the building without trying to disturb the tenants lives or create a terrible mess in each unit. In the end the plumbing is completely fixed and what was not mentioned was that we gave either a financial discount on the rent for the time or a gift card. I know this is a way to show disapoint on something but realize these sites are at times one sided. One of our staff lives at this property and can give you an opinion that is not clouded because they work so hard to make it a great place to stay.

I have lived in these apartments for over 5 years and love the property. The office staff is caring and professional and maintenance requests are handled promptly when made. The sound proof walls in my apartment allow me the comfort of peace and quiet in my apartment without being bothered by any noise. I would recommend these apartments to anyone I know.

I currently live in an apartment complex owned by JM Management. After 6 months and at least 20 phone calls to the leasing office to make complaints about noisy neighbors, plus calls to the police, they finally did me what they acted like was a great favor, of evicting my neighbors. I called the manager of the company, *******, at least 5 times to discuss this issue, plus not having hot water for 3 weeks and am still waiting for his call. Now my toilet won't flush and despite having plumbers in the building for a week- it took a couple to get them to even respond- I'm worse off then when I started. Do not be lured in by good location- if a problem arises you are shit out of luck!

We lived here for 3 years. In that time we had TERRIBLE maintenance service, horrible upkeep on the grounds, rotten lighting, the pool was only open for 1 of the 3 years, the club house was NEVER opened. Then we made the mistake of moving.....and were treated terribly. They added fee upon fee upon fee and threatened us with garnished wages eventhough we complied with our lease. Cheaters, robbers, and filthy liars. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!!
