"The office staff does nothing to assist resident problems or contacting proper persons to take action- You usually have to call the property owner to see minor assistance, or you fix it yourself. Typically, it takes two or three times for maintenance to get it right-they come and go as they please, as well as, the pest control guy who knocks and immediately walks in (giving you no time to reach the door). Constant calling/going by the office gets some response out of management or maintenance- work at their own leisure and have those they favor/help more quickly. No one arrives or stays at the opening/closing of business hours listed, the roads are terrible due to the construction, lots of domestic disputes (among others including drugs and drunk, disorderly conduct) and the security officer never answers pages, calls, nor responds to the scene (and neither does management or landmark representatives). The gate serves no purpose- remains open 24/7 and does not serve "security'. Disgusted through experience-no corrections to major apartment problems reported a few years ago....walls, flooring, and "upgrade" to the kitchen and bathroom tiling/linoleum. The kitchen was done after move in, bathroom remains the same. Not a place for family, comfortable and quiet living, and NO place for someone with needs-you will never be assisted or helped! There are aggressive, illegal breeds of dogs, as well, and is not worth the price you pay! "
