Mice, cockroaches, terrible place to live. Not worth the cheap rent. Noisy neighbors, sketchy neighborhood. The mice and cockroaches are an infestation and not treated aggressively enough as they keep coming back. Finally got out of my lease.

Buildings are falling apart. Broken windows. Electrical problems. Plumbing problems. Despite repeated calls, nothing gets fixed. Manager, **** *****, is really bad. He does not care. He keeps deposits from everyone, it does not matter the condition of the apartment. Do not live here. Very bad!

Look into this place before signing

Not a good place to live. I have never seen so many people break a lease as I have seen here. The cops are here regularly and maintenance stinks.
For this rent you can find a way better and safer place. DO NOT sign a 12 month lease, sign a 6 because you will want to leave.

Apartment rentals are at an all time high. With the high costs of purchasing a new home many people live in an apartment temporarily while they save for a new home. Some apartment listing guides charge for information, be we've compiled a hefty list of apartments in every city and state. Renting an apartment is as easy as finding several in your area, visiting each to decide if the right facilities are available and contacting each one to find out monthly rental information.
