Just an fyi: The rent is to expensive and they all will flood when it rains. They won't tell you either and then go into your house mess with your things, and then leave the doors unlocked. My townhouse there is unlivable but they wont let me out without paying them $2400.00 to break the lease. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

I would give this company no stars if I could, but since I cannot, I will give it the lowest rating possible. The apartment I was renting had become infested with black mold. The roof leaked, the fire extinguisher was not up to code, and there was no stove ventilation. After repeatedly contacting ****** and ******, ******, who is in no way qualified to be a maintenance technician, supposedly came by my apartment to look at the problem, which by the way was always when I was gone so I have no proof that they were even there. Ultimately, ****** and ****** both refused to fix the problems and conveniently had me evicted. These people are unreliable, untrustworthy, and "un" everything else that you could ever expect from a proper management company. Please, please, please, think twice before renting from these people.

lots of room and nice staff. My wife and I are very happy here. The apatment complex seems to have a lot of nice 3 bed room units with washer dryers. Clean place.....

open areas between buildings with lots of parking. The ladies in the office are nice and quick to get things fixed. Our apartment has lots of space and beeing ground level, its quite.

I wanted to write this review about Windham Court Apartments since I had such a good experience there and am going to live there again this year. I lived there last year (2008) and had to move away but am now being relocated back in Wichita and am looking forward to moving back into the apartment complex. The staff there is very nice; especially the manager is a real sweethart, as well as the maintenance crew was friendly; I once had my garbage disposal go out and they fixed it that day. The place has a pool, playground area, BBQ's, Sauna, billiard room, and exercise room. There's nothing I really disliked; I'm pretty easy going. The reason I'm moving back is because of my neighbors. They were a good bunch of people, that were real friendly and this for me is the most important ingredient. It was always quiet at night. I like to live in a place where people respect each other, follow the quiet after nine o'clock rule and try to be good Samaritans. I recommend this place it's where I'm happy to call home and a good place for a family. my 2 cents.

I'm returning to Wichita and also returning to live at Windham Court Apartments. I lived there last year (2008) and will now be living there again this year. The complex has nice amenities like a large swimming pool, Play area, Sauna, Billiard Room, Exercise room. The reason I wanted to move back was mainly the neighbors I had. I just got along really well with everyone there. It was nice and quiet, and the staff was very polite and helpful. Everything always worked and once when my garbage disposal went out, it was fixed that day! I highly recommend this place

You will be promised that everything will be fixed or taken care of and yet NOTHING is. My AC broke over and over again. Instead of fixing things, they take parts off empty duplexes and stick them on yours. AND unless you like living in a roach hotel, don't bother. My family NEVER lived with roaches until a filthy family moved out near us and guess what, they MIGRATED and ourselves and our neighbors actually got accused of bringing them in!!! The landlord does nothing but takes your rent and occasionally has one of her family members band-aid a problem. One of the duplexes has been deemed unlivable by the city and they are looking to try to rent it out again to an unsuspecting renter. Don't bother unless you are desperate, they don't even clean the places before you move in!!!
