Not so Great by Ixonia Apartment Dweller on October 4th, 2008 on River Valley Apartment

River Valley is a not-so-great apartment in an area that is generally lackluster in offerings for renters. In other words, River Valley isn't great, but neither are the alternatives. Pros: Good layouts, somewhat up-to-date interiors, small pets allowed; friendly people; washer/dryers inside units; quiet. Cons: Terrible air quality (many, many residents smoke, so entire buildings get contaminated); terrible water quality (hard water that leaves iron deposits on toilets, showers, and eventually clothes); pricy for the area.
