The rental office staff has poor follow up with potential residents. I submitted an application for residency in Jan 09 and 2 months later I still cannot get a straight answer about taking occupancy of unit. Don’t leave a message for ***** *****, the Operations Manager, because she will not get back to you.

If you are looking to get taken advantage, would like to deal with the rudest landlord ever, and would like to have no response to any of your problems then JAB is the place for you.
I am surprised the Better Business Bureau has not shut this company down. This is a horrible company with a horrible owner. Stay away at all costs.
