This apartment is the WORST. I have lived in several other apartments, but chose here after I got a dog. They were cheaper, two bedrooms and pet friendly. Only did I know that the seemingly nice agent would turn into my worst nightmare after I signed the lease. Maintenance problems NEVER got fixed...I asked if it was safe before I signed only to find out later that crazy people with mental illnesses live in the facility and sit outside staring down your every move. The agent told completely different story to my roommate than to me on several different occasions. They even stole my doormat when they moved offices. DO NOT GET SUCKED IN. They are just out for your money and do not care at all.

Lived at Blueridge Commons for a year, and love the location. Large, very nice units are great for families. The units are very large, clean. Good management. Highly recommend.

Lousy parking conditions- always someone in front of your place and taking up 2 spaces(management could care less). Takes forever to get things fixed and when maintenance comes they do a halfa**ed job. Loud music coming from parking lot at all hours of night.
Couldn't wait to get out of there. Several people moving on my street alone because of the conditions. That says alot about how Forrest HIlls Raquet Club is maintained.

All of the apartments are covered in roaches, have reported the problem but no response other than spay and take care of it yourself. And we have a construction site dumpster and rats all over the place. :(

Lived here my last year and moved out early after graduation. My parents had their representative inspect the apartment since the other 2 roomates were still living there. The representative stated the apartment was fine. I was surprised to receive a $200 bill for cleaning 3 months after I left. Management will not return telephone calls regarding the bill and did not respond written correspondence. With 3 of us living in the apartment they expect you to believe that it cost $600 to clean an apartment. Get everthing in writing from their people. They fleecing the students and parents.

RUDE STAFF>>> BAD NEIGHBORHOOD>>corporate let me break my lease because I was not comfortable living there.. police out atleast 3 times a week !!! Maintenence guy is very nice but forget about calling the 24 hr on call they are rude and you are lucky if they show up ... my apt flooded and they still ignored my request the EMT had to come out at 4:30am with no respence for their promise "emeregeny on-call" WOULD NOT MOVE HERE !!!!! THey will act like you are family until you sign the lease!!!!! Cars are broken into... drug deals in the parking lot... bad bad bad
