This was obviously written by a disgruntled ex-tenant who was evicted for non-payment of rent. I urge all readers to come to Sundance Ranch and see for yourself how beautiful it is. In fact, please feel free to go see plenty of pictures right now: just go to www.flickr.com and look up the photos of WendyofSundance. It is just a shame that some people have to be so mean.

Please you have to go some were dont go here! Sundance Ranch is a trap! The "lake" which is a pond is a joke. Its filled with junk. The barn is not wired right. They use indoor wiring for outdoor use. The police are looking for a reason to shut this place down. The ***** has fist fights with the handyman, which she is involved with.
They "fix" things the cheap and easy way instead of the right and up to code way. I know that some of the apartments have black mold in them and they just paint over it. People stay sick and only get better after moving. The horse are not treated well. I know I have seen very skinny horse out there lately. Please dont bring your kids, pets, or yourself to this hell hole!
