RUDE STAFF>>> BAD NEIGHBORHOOD>>corporate let me break my lease because I was not comfortable living there.. police out atleast 3 times a week !!! Maintenence guy is very nice but forget about calling the 24 hr on call they are rude and you are lucky if they show up ... my apt flooded and they still ignored my request the EMT had to come out at 4:30am with no respence for their promise "emeregeny on-call" WOULD NOT MOVE HERE !!!!! THey will act like you are family until you sign the lease!!!!! Cars are broken into... drug deals in the parking lot... bad bad bad

If you enjoy to have fun and you are young I highly reccomend looking at another apartment complex. Although the apartments are nice (as they should be for the price) the managment just sucks. The demeanor of the manager is not nice and she has made living here awful. I still have a few more months but I am looking foward to moving out (I wish my lease was not so long!!!) I am only 19 and I am expected to be as quiet as a 60 year old, its just crazy unrealistic and I hate it here! Kudos to those who love it and the manager but I would most def. not reccomend if you enjoy your happiness!

PPM was the best ever! I read all the bad reviews about them, I was a little hesitant, but I was blown out of the water by how awesome they treated me. When I had a maintenance issue it was handled in a timely manner and always by a pleasant workman. I lived in my apartment for a year and never had a problem with any of the staff. When I moved out I was treated fairly. I read my lease and knew what to expect. (it doesn't seem like many other people that comment here actually read their lease) If I ever had a question about something they always answered me and would even show me where they could back up their statements in the landlord/tenant law booklet.

For a lot of money you don't get much. washers & dryers don't work half the time, storage area floods sometimes. Maintenence does a bad job of plowing driveways in winter. Walls and floors are thin, you can hear conversations of neighbors and walking above your head.

Nice....nice building, not cheap new constructions... huge balconies, perfect views... to a really affordable prices the best secret kept on New Jersey ..... Do not throw away your money on cheap new apartments that only offer your tiny cheap spaces..... Where they advertise walking closet and you can not fit more that 5 pair of shoes and a couples dresses.... Jersey is fashion now… come to see the apartments and ask for E units.... I forgot mentioned that the building has a garage, pool, sauna, gym...

This apartment complex isnt fantastic but is very decent. I dont have many complaints. The 1 bedroom apartment is a very decent size and price with wall to wall carpeting and balcony. It is pretty quiet and in good condition. I havent had any maintenance to date except 1 which was not a problem but just an inconvenience which they responded and fixed within 3 hours. There ARE alot of cats wandering around and the office is trying to get that matter under control by sending letters saying not to feed them but its kind of out of their hands. They dont bother much .. they tend to run away when you get near them. Sometimes racooons come by to pick up there scraps and thats creepy and they make a very distincy noise at night. Bayview is right near main st/the village which is nice and is definitly improving with some updated dining. Also sunrise highway is extremely close which has a bunch of shopping destinations. Within walking distance to a deli and the water. RIght near the elementary school. People of all types living here. The only thing Ive wished from the start is that there was some kind of lighting for the outside balcony. Also very close to the train station for commuters. Overall just a decent place to live. As it has been for me.

This is a horrible place to live. Some neighbors of mine had their apartment broken into by another tenant. Cars become vandalized, and people constantly play their music extremely loud. If you want to join the circus, then this is the place to be. If you are trying to have somewhat of a safe environment for yourself, family, and/or children, then I beg you to please stay away.
